I am curious is movement-based meditation similiar to stimming with movement like pacing, move arms etc?

When I learned there was a legitimate name for the intense feelings and emotions I was having, which made me feel like I was going off the deep end, it made me feel validated (and relieved) 😭

Story of my life. My rsd is mostly work related. If my boss has texted me or tried to call, I KNOW I am fired😂. Every little error is a NAIL IN THE COFFIN. Every person I might offend is my NEMESIS. If I call in sick I will be CAST OUT. Worklife has been an absolutely nightmare, and sadly to say, in female workplaces the rsd is right 70 percent of the time🤷‍♀️🤣🙄
