I'm menopausal with ADHD, so this hit the spot for me. Pomodoro timers and body-doubling work well for me. I'm starting to explore supplements to support mood and focus. Great tips here. ❤️
I’m so happy to see others explaining, sharing, teaching about this very unforgiving gift from Mother Nature that we go through! It’s not explained or talked about enough. I’m hoping there will also be more relatable info for our poor partners and family. I see it being written, but when your partner is in the line of fire they can take is personally which hurts both parties !! They don’t often know, what they don’t know. I’m trying to brain storm ways to reach those individuals. It’s like hey hey, I promise it’s not our fault, we’ve been high jacked 🤦🏻♀️
I had no idea these were related and it explains so much to me. I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 48 and chemo pushed me into instant menopause…with a vengeance. I took estrogen blockers as my cancer was hormone related. At 55 I stopped the hormone blockers because I had a complete hysterectomy, due to fibroids inside and outside my uterus and ovaries. I was diagnosed ADHD at 60. It makes so much sense now!!
