As Adhdβers we need to things to be easy, to get things going,
so that got me thinking π€... So SAYβ¦
Not long ago, I had a chat with a fellow ADHDβer an we came to a BIG conclusion that efficiency and speed is our engine ποΈπ¨ that motivates us.
But to keep it running smoothly, we need systems β templates, hacks, routines β that keep us productive without draining our energy. πͺ«β‘οΈπ
Weβre talking about logical, smooth, EASY systems that flow like butter. π§β¨
Because when life gets overwhelming (which happens a lot π΅βπ«),
we freeze π§ andβ¦ hello, procrastination. πβ‘οΈπ
SO, hereβs the trickπ§ β¨
When youβre staring at a mountain of tasks ποΈ donβt panic. π«π°
Break it down into tiny, bite-sized steps. π«π§©
with the emphasis on BITE-SIZE! π§©
This is how the magic happens!
π Start with the easiest mini-task and say to yourself: βThis is EASY.β π
Why? Because your brain LOVES this word. π§‘π§ β¨
It gives you confidence πͺ
a little dopamine boost (aka happy juice π₯³π)
and suddenly, youβre moving forward. πΆββοΈβ‘οΈπββοΈπ¨
