I’ve just come back to morning pages about 20 years away and it is exactly what I need right now. I find I am coming back to it with a lot less guilt and “shoulds” and it is a joyful rather than drudge full process

Great post!

Just wanted to add if writing morning pages seems too much brainwork, sometimes copying someone else's words can help with a reset too. I've been including scripture and writing down my thoughts associated with those. People could use book passages or poems.

Also 100% agree on the benefit of going completely analog. Not opening my phone while doing my morning pages has been incredibly helpful.

Thanks again & I plan to share it.
