Since I was diagnosed at age 56, four yrs ago now, I became aware how much I was doing these things, thought I was just being social with my excited interrupting, oversharing and forgetting what I was saying mid sentence, because everyone in my family communicated the same way! Only to later understand many of them have ADHD also! Also my frustration intolerance at meetings was sometimes very high, especially when I saw women speakers constantly interrupted by men in audience, and when this frustration burst out without calm coherent sentence structure, I still got the point across and many women and men thanked me for cutting off the rude man. So in those times my ADHD became a gift to the group of others too polite to interrupt. But I am working on these steps still and appreciate your writings
