Example. Say you want to make a video. Set up you're environment so that you can start with the first smallest easiest thing of the process, like switching on your camera or light or 🎤 that is already set up. Start with the smallest micro step that you set up as a cue. Start with external cues. See it as a distraction that makes you to get into action and make it a habit.

I really appreciate how you go in so much depth on so many topics concerning ADHD. For this rhythm idea my only issue is with the fact that I would imagine struggling to start. Because if I understand correctly what you're suggesting is to essentially create certain routines that contain sensory cues. But I feel that routines can be very overwhelming for ADHD brains. So I guess my question is if you have any suggestions on how to deal with that overwhelm of having to start a routine?
